Neil is one of the UK’s leading specialists in Local Government interim management, with an enviable track record in the industry spanning over 13 years. At Green Park Neil leads our Local Government Practice, placing interim executives at Chief Executive, Director and Assistant Director level. He has delivered interim solutions to most of the London Boroughs and many County, Unitary and Metropolitan Councils nationwide. Neil has built up a loyal network of clients and candidates alike and has written numerous thought leadership articles on interim management in the sector.
Neil began his recruitment career with one of the UK’s largest recruitment firms, and quickly and consistently became one of their top consultants in the Public Sector. Prior to joining Green Park, Neil established the Local Government Interim Practice for a FTSE recruitment group before launching the Interim Management Practice for a leading search firm.
Neil has a degree in French from the University of Southampton. He is a keen traveller and is a widely published live music photographer.
