After studying Aeronautical Engineering at University, Mike joined a top ten Financial Services organisation in IT Operations. He moved into Professional Services around 15 years ago, and has run large Interim, Permanent and Resourcing teams, focussing on the Banking and Consultancy sectors.
He has delivered and run large Blue Chip PSLs, and firmly believes in a partnership approach based on strong, long term relationships.
At Green Park, Mike is responsible for further developing Retail Banking; Building Societies, Card and Loans, An area of particular focus at the moment is the evolution of the Banking landscape, and Mike is heavily involved with a number of new entrants into the market.
