Kai began his career in education before moving into executive search nine years ago. During that time, he has held roles in research, project management and consulting, and completed an MSc in occupational psychology. As such, he brings a clear appreciation of all aspects of the Search process.

Having joined Green Park from Saxton Bampfylde, Kai now works on senior executive and non-executive roles, with an emphasis on organisations working at the interface between sectors.
