Following University, Justin spent the early part of his career working in analytical roles within insurance, before pursuing a career in recruitment. For well over a decade, he has been a leading provider of senior interim talent to the financial services sector, including co-founding and running his own niche interim management recruitment practice since 2002.
At Green Park, Justin is responsible for developing the insurance and retail banking sectors, focusing on providing finance, risk, transformation and change resources at board, executive director and senior management level, working with some of the world’s leading businesses.
