Jo has worked in senior executive recruitment for over a decade, covering a broad range of disciplines. At Green Park, Jo heads up the Human Resources Practice.

Prior to joining Green Park, Jo worked for two major recruitment suppliers, building an enviable track record in senior resourcing while growing teams in London and Internationally.  During the course of her career, Jo has predominantly focused on roles within Human Resources, Change Management, IT and Operations. She has a degree in Geography and History from Leeds University and has a keen interest in polo.
