Jason entered the Executive Resourcing arena in 1993 and has focussed specifically as a Retail sector specialist since 2000. Over the last eight years he has held a number of Director roles within retail recruitment businesses with a focus on developing the talent network available to the sector.
Prior to joining Green Park, Jason was a majority shareholder and Managing Director of retail search boutique Capitis Partner, before founding Nestor Search early in 2006. Jason has built an extensive network across the senior population of retail and has a proven track record of delivering assignments at Board level (both executive and non-executive) as well as operational board and ‘Head of’ posts in commercial and trading, retail operations, supply chain, Finance, IT and Human Resources.
