Dawn has a 20-year track record as a successful business leader across the private and public sectors, as well as the not-for-profit space. She has a broad range of experience in board level management, specialising in change management for organisations including BHP, Historic Royal Palaces, Clifford Chance, Joseph, and a number of high-growth entrepreneurial ventures.
At Green Park, Dawn is Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all aspects of Corporate Services, spanning HR, Finance and IT, working as part of the leadership team. She is primarily responsible for the company’s financial strategy, as well as the implementation of controls and accountability within the organisation through its financial systems.
