Following his service in the Royal Navy, Andy has gained nearly a decade of experience in senior permanent and interim recruitment. He has successfully delivered on a large number of senior executive resourcing assignments, primarily focused around Authorities in the North, where he bases his activities. Andy has instigated and led on high-profile events including Female Leadership and Chief Executive and Leaders discussions.
