Annmarie has over 20 years of experience working on recruitment, diversity and the socio-economic development of ethnic minorities in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Regarded as a leading expert in diversity, Annmarie was awarded an OBE in 2005 for her services to diversity in labour markets solutions.

She has held board-level positions for the Open University, New Islington and Hackney Housing Association, Camden ITEC, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and the League of Mercy. A Senior Advisor to some of the world’s largest companies, she is also a Member of The Secretary of States Talent and Enterprise Task Force at the Department for Children, Schools and Families, Diversity Advisor to Turner, and judge for The Power List.
